Alice Returns with Giveaway Goodness

It's no secret that I love tea. Sure I'm known to quite heavily indulge in the caffeine delights of coffee a little more often than I should, but there's nothing quite like a calming cup of tea and a biscuit or two to wind down after a hectic day.

Or better yet, making a hectic day even better by having a grand old tea party! We know that Alice in Wonderland knows how to host a killer high tea, so here's a few more chunks of Alice-inspired grandeur from LA-based photographer Paige Craig, with absolutely stunning hair and makeup by Heidi Nymark.

I have to confess, I've been keeping these images to myself for quite a while now. Lovely reader and fellow blogger Shannon brought them to my attention after my last Alice-inspired post, and I've been greedily hoarding them ever since...but not without reason! I've been keeping them waiting in the wings for this very exciting edition of...

Thank you to the lovely lady behind Baer Feat Creations, we are very excited to bring you the very first tea-related Giveaway Goodness! The store itself is full of beautiful dinnerware, bowls and all kinds of other great goodies that come in a range of designs, or that can be customised to your hearts content too! There's also a fantastic range of hand crafted bisque teapots, and for this week's giveaway we have a gorgeous little hand painted teapot that has been made especially for us! Aren't we lucky?!

To be in the running, all you have to do is comment on this post telling us all about which Baer Feat Creations piece you love and why! If you happen to love one of the unpainted products (I LOVE this Origimi bowl!) share your ideas for how you'd have them painted too!

I can't wait to hear what great ideas you come up with! The lucky winner will be selected using my trusty friend random.org, so all the usual rules apply...only one entry per person, and if your profile or blog don't have your email address, please make sure you include that in your comment too! Entries are open until 11:59pm AEST this Saturday, 23rd May.

Good luck!

My favourite... euhm... I'll go with the Contact bowl. The design is just great, and I've been picturing it with lots of pudding ever since I saw it, really :p

I personally think the Ceresi set would be great when mixed with the nautical compass theme. The plates and bowls could be painted so each point in the dish is one direction.

I love tea! I checked out the site and fell in love with everything! My favorites are the Carasini and Vestani dinnerware sets and Zen Teapot, but then I saw the square teapot and that was it. I want one square teapot each side a different color (Blue, yellow, white and brown).

Ooh. Pick me!

The carasini set is my favorite. I like how with a simple line, they were able to bring the horse to life. The colors are great, too. These warm earth tones would surely make food look delicious. I would usually chose the Asian design, but I've been reading so much about the Roman empire and Byzantium lately that the horse pattern appealed to me more :D

Oh wow! The little hand painted teapot was so adorable that it made me head straight to browse through her other teapots but it was the "Stella Wine Goblets" that caught my eye the most. It's the type that I would imagine a more sophisticated Flinestones would use.

What fantastic pictures! My favorite tea is peppermint because it reminds me of Sundays at my boyfriend's house with his family all around, talking, making breakfast, drinking tea and doing the crossword puzzle. And BaerFeatCreations is such an incredible site! I love their cosmic bowl...

I love the teapot shown on your site. How could not enjoy tea every time from this cheery little pot?
At the Baer Feet site I was most impressed with the square tea pot. Usually a quirky concept lacks functionality, or aesthetics but the square tea pot appears to have it all. I love it!

My Mother loves and collects teapots! I looked at the site and I adore the "genie teapot" It is not painted but I think if I were to paint it I would use an assortment of white, blue and puple paints and paint a lot of dreamy like swirls and dots. The Teapot posted is adorable =]

I love the square teapot- so funky and unique! I would love to see each side painted with a window with a view onto a landscape, each one with a different season.
