Totally love the picture. It reminds me of this French movie, "Like the Red Balloon." What do you mean by Wednesday Wisdom Gets Behind Earth Hour?

Ironically, that's really reliable.

Great picture, but an even better proverb.

cmklin07 - I do Wednesday Wisdom every Wednesday, it's an opportunity for me to share my favourite quotes. There's usually no rhyme or reason behind the selection, but this week I thought I'd put my quote to good use :)

Sr. Despedaça Corações - Teehee, I'm a walking oxymoron. Consistently inconsistent also works well :D

diamondsinchampagne - I had to fit in some balloons somewhere, but I agree, the proverb is just beautiful, and very very true!

raghav - It sure is, it's a little sad to think how many people have never even considered the thought! And thank you, very exciting stuff :D

The villager - Thanks for stopping by :D

blessingsgoddess - Thank you, I was quite pleased when I came across it, it fit the theme for the week perfectly!

devi - Thank you kindly! :)

Muppet Soul - Hehe your fridge is very wise :D

Abstaining Irene - Thank you! Do you think our world leaders keep this quote in mind? :D

Rob Broadwell - I agree, and yet so easily forgotten!
